Farmers Fitness Fun Run
Come join us for our first annual fun run that promises to offer a unique running experience that will keep you returning for years to come. Sargent, Colorado, is a unique community nestled in the San Luis Valley about 17 miles west of Alamosa. Serious runners will embrace the challenge of competing at an elevation of nearly 8,000 feet above sea level. Leisure runners/walkers will enjoy the crisp, country air and the panoramic view of the Sangre de Cristos and the San Juans. Come get a taste of rural America at its finest -- an antique tractor show will follow the race as we wait for final race results. All race participants will vote for their favorite tractor as we prepare post-race awards and recognition.
We are partnering with the Southern Colorado Association of Runners, and we expect to draw 300+ runners to the event. We eagerly await your arrival to our community!
